This policy explains how ClickSheet handles information collected through clicksheet.pro. We are committed to collecting only the minimal data necessary to provide our service. We do not sell your data, build advertising profiles, or track you across other websites.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Analytics (Vercel Analytics)

We use Vercel Analytics for privacy-focused, aggregated analytics. It tracks page views, referral sources, country/region-level location, device type, and visit duration.

Vercel Analytics does NOT collect: cookies, personal identifiers, IP addresses stored beyond the request, cross-site tracking, or behavioral profiles.

2.2 Server Logs

Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server logs including IP addresses, browser information, and HTTP status codes. These are automatically deleted after 30 days.

2.3 Purchase Information

Payments are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle collects and processes your payment details, billing address, and any other information required to complete the transaction. We receive only basic purchase confirmation and your email address for license delivery. We never receive your full payment details or card information.

Paddle's handling of your data is governed by Paddle's Privacy Policy.

2.4 Contact Information

If you email us directly, your message is stored solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your email with third parties.

• Cookies or tracking pixels
• Direct payment data (credit card numbers, etc.)
• User accounts or login credentials
• Newsletter or mailing list sign-ups
• Social media tracking data
• Advertising data or cross-site behavioral profiles
• Your CSV file contents — files are processed locally on your Mac only

4. How We Use Your Information

The limited data we collect is used only to:

• Deliver your license after purchase
• Respond to support inquiries
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the website (via Vercel Analytics)

We do not use your data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

• Paddle — payment processing and merchant of record (Privacy Policy)
• Vercel — website hosting and analytics (Privacy Policy)
• Google — Google Sheets API used by the ClickSheet app (Privacy Policy)

6. Data Security

We protect your data through:

• HTTPS encryption on all pages
• Regular security updates
• Limited data retention periods
• Authorized-only access to any stored information

7. Data Retention

Purchase confirmation emails are retained for as long as necessary to support your license. Support correspondence is retained for up to 2 years. Server logs are deleted automatically after 30 days. We do not retain any payment data.

8. Your Rights
