1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ClickSheet, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. Description of Service

ClickSheet is a macOS application that automates opening CSV, XLS, and XLSX files directly in Google Sheets. It uses the official Google API and opens the resulting spreadsheet in your browser automatically.

3. License and Usage Rights

3.1 License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ClickSheet on devices you own or control.

3.2 Lifetime License

Purchasers receive lifetime access to the version purchased, including twelve months of free updates. After twelve months, major version updates may require an upgrade purchase. Bug fixes and security patches may continue beyond this period at our discretion.

3.3 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
• Distribute, sublicense, or resell the application
• Use the application for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

4. Third-Party Integration

4.1 Google Services

ClickSheet requires a valid Google account. By using the app, you authorize ClickSheet to access Google Sheets on your behalf, subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

4.2 Data Handling

Your CSV data is transmitted directly from your Mac to Google's servers. ClickSheet acts as a conduit only. We are not responsible for how Google accesses, processes, stores, or shares your data.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

5.1 No Collection

ClickSheet does not collect, store, or access your CSV files, Google account information beyond the OAuth token required to operate, or your usage patterns.

5.2 Transmission

CSV data flows directly from your Mac to Google servers. ClickSheet is a conduit only and has no visibility into your data.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPLICATION WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClickSheet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

8.2

We are not responsible for CSV data loss, Google's handling of your data, sharing settings on Google Sheets, or any breach of Google's infrastructure.

9. Payment Processing

9.1 Paddle as Merchant of Record

Payments for ClickSheet are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. This means Paddle is the seller of record and is responsible for billing, invoicing, tax collection, and payment security. By purchasing ClickSheet, you also agree to Paddle's Terms of Service.

9.2 What We Receive

We receive only basic purchase confirmation and your email address for license delivery. We do not receive your payment details or credit card information — all payment data is handled exclusively by Paddle.

9.3 Taxes

Paddle handles all applicable taxes (including VAT and sales tax) on our behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price inclusive of any applicable taxes.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. To request a refund, email us at nadsaeae@gmail.com with your order number. Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method.

After 30 days, refunds are at our sole discretion. If the application fails to function as described, please contact us — we will make it right.

11. Support and Updates

Support is provided via email at nadsaeae@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours. Updates are delivered through direct download from clicksheet.pro. We reserve the right to discontinue the application with reasonable notice to existing license holders.

12. Termination

You may terminate your license at any time by deleting the application. We may terminate your license for breach of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the application.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of jurisdiction.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
